Occurrence of gypsy moth in North-Eastern Slovenia

Tanja Bohinc and Stanislav Trdan (University of Ljubljana, Biotechnical Faculty)
have detected egg clusters of gipsy moth in a deciduous forest between the villages
Nedelica and Dobrovnik. Location (46.62493, 16.3495) is called Ginjevec. Egg
clusters were mainly found on the trunks of oaks and beeches. We would like
to thank Mr. Drago Trajber (Slovenia Forest Service) for suggesting the location.
